[JOB DESCRIPTION] The successful candidate will be expected to lead and manage projects autonomously in key areas, including: - ESG Due Diligence: Conducting comprehensive ESG assessments for real estate transactions (acquisition/disposition). - Climate Risk Assessment: Analyzing and reporting on physical and transition risks related to climate change impacts on real estate assets - Energy & Decarbonization Audits: Performing energy audits, identifying savings opportunities, and developing strategies for net-zero carbon pathways for buildings. - Green Building Certifications: Managing and delivering projects for leading international and local green building standards (e.g., LEED, BREEAM, WELL). - Sustainability Performance Data Management: Collecting, validating, and analyzing asset-level ESG performance data for clients, including energy, water, waste, and GHG emissions. 1. [REQUIREMENT] 신입/경력 - 신입: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (Architecture, engineering, sustainability, etc.). - 경력: 1-5 years of related experience in green building, energy consulting, or relevant engineering roles within the real estate sector. - Language: Business-level proficiency in both Korean and English. - Skills & Knowledge: Strong analytical and technical skills are mandatory. In-depth understanding of a building systems and the ability to interpret technical drawings.
