This role focuses on delivering and managing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) services for real estate clients. Responsibilities include project delivery, technical support, and reporting related to ESG due diligence, green building certifications, climate risk assessment, and energy/decarbonization initiatives for operational assets and transactions. Primary Responsibilities The successful candidate will be expected to lead and manage projects autonomously in key areas, including: - ESG Due Diligence: Conducting comprehensive ESG assessments for real estate transactions (acquisition/disposition). - Climate Risk Assessment: Analyzing and reporting on physical and transition risks related to climate change impacts on real estate assets - Energy & Decarbonization Audits: Performing energy audits, identifying savings opportunities, and developing strategies for net-zero carbon pathways for buildings. - Green Building Certifications: Managing and delivering projects for leading international and local green building standards (e.g., LEED, BREEAM, WELL). - Sustainability Performance Data Management: Collecting, validating, and analyzing asset-level ESG performance data for clients, including energy, water, waste, and GHG emissions.

Key Requirements - Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (Architecture, engineering, sustainability, etc.). - Experience: 2-7 years of related experience in green building, energy consulting, or relevant engineering roles within the real estate sector. - Language: Business-level proficiency in both Korean and English. - Skills & Knowledge: Strong analytical and technical skills are mandatory. In-depth understanding of a building systems and the ability to interpret technical drawings.
