▶Key Accountabilities & KPI - IT Service Level Management : Performs regular review and assessment of vendor performance based on the Key Performance Indicators and also drives ongoing service improvements. - Budget(OPEX) management : Responsible monthly closing and reporting for tech package. Controls spendings within the forecast target. Enforces global/zone ZBB policy in the end market. - Change and release management : Act has the chairman of the local Change Advisory Board in order to control the lifecycle of all changes, enabling beneficial changes to be made with minimum disruption to IT services as per the predefined change and release management processes. - Local deployment of sustain projects as per the global IT roadmap. Participate in workplace transformation projects as a key member which are planned in 2017-2022 including Virtual Desktop, Office365, Windows10, Digital Workplace Rollout, Zoom, Service Now deployments. - Asset management : Responsible for hardware/software lifecycle management from procurement to disposal. Performs regular due diligence in order to track the location, quantity, condition, maintenance and depreciation status of all hardware and software assets.

▶Qualification - Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field - Management of resources to ensure all IT services are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality and scope - Effective internal and external communication at all levels of Management and Effective Management of stakeholders - Advanced project management skills and experience. - Strong business acumen in order to understand business needs, provide effective and efficient solutions. - Proficiency in spoken and written English (preferred)
