• Act as the primary point of contact for Partner-led customer renewals, driving subscription retention and renewal revenue across assigned products and territory.
• Own and manage the renewal pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, timely execution of renewal sales promotions, and achievement of renewal revenue and rate targets.
• Conduct regular business and pipeline reviews with Partners to track renewal performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions where needed.
• Continuously improve renewal rates by identifying expansion opportunities, promoting adoption, and supporting customer success initiatives through Partner engagement.
• Support the renewal sales process by preparing and validating pricing, discount requests, and approval forms in alignment with internal policies.
• Monitor deal status and resolve issues that may impact month-end or quarter-end close.
