• Support QA operations including in-house hygiene audits, conducting the investigation, and managing customer complaints • Lead hygiene issues identified by internal/external audits, microbiological tests, customer feedback, etc. • Update hygiene/food safety training materials and provide training for new staff and annual hygiene refresher training to all food handlers • Conduct on-site supplier audits and issues audit reports • Review up-to-date hygiene guidelines and procedures and provide training to staff • Implement hygiene improvement projects • Develops, implements and conducts safety training programs, in conjunction with the training department o Conduct training programs that target all employees and ensure compliance with company requirement o Target audience: Prioritized for new hires and annual refreshers • Executes the required food safety-related testing as defined in the HACCP plan and maintains the revisions of the HACCP plan • Implement quality system and measure its effectiveness by verifying activities, control and preventative measure • Responsible for maintaining and managing the corrective action system and facilitating corrective action activities with management • Manage and revise HACCP system & PRP program depending on requirement updated • Assures the accuracy and compliance of HACCP records as defined in the corporate procedures • Support daily patrol and control with quality control team to ensure compliance with policy and GGK procedure

Education: • Bachelor's degree preferably in Food Science / Nutrition / Technology Work Experience: • Minimum 6 years of experience in food industry • Experience in HACCP (Based on the manufacturing industry) • Experience in food microbiological testing Technical Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration) • HACCP certification / FSMS • Local regulatory required certifications / License Language / Communication Skills: • English is a must

• Preferably experience in nutrition support • Experience in inflight catering is an advantage • ISO 22000 auditor would be preferred • Statistics quality management knowledge would be preferred
