• Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Sciences, Public Health, Pharmacy, Nursing, Health Economics, or related field • 7+ years of experience in Market Access, Reimbursement, Health Policy, or related roles within medical devices or pharmaceuticals • Strong experience in reimbursement expansion projects and developing value propositions • Proven ability to lead evidence-driven MA strategy and cross-functional execution • Experience engaging with policymakers, societies, KOLs, and patient organizations • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-influence skills • Strong analytical ability to interpret clinical/economic evidence • Entrepreneurship / Agility / Result oriented • Native Korean and advanced English proficiency, essential for communicating complex policy/clinical matters in writing and presentations.
