• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key advertisers, and their agency partners to drive revenue growth, while leveraging Netflix's unique audience insights and premium content offerings to drive revenue growth.
• Demonstrate strong sales acumen by rigorously evaluating sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue pacing, and translating business reviews into clear risk mitigation and acceleration actions.
Market Strategy & Innovation
• Advocate for the value proposition of Netflix Ads and champion the adoption and understanding of Netflix Ads platform capabilities to accelerate sales velocity and unlock incremental revenue opportunities.
• Identify and capture new growth opportunities across CTV, programmatic, emerging buying models, and cross-border campaigns by monitoring market trends, competitive dynamics, and innovation signals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner closely with internal teams—including Account Management, Marketing Partnerships, Measurement, Ads Marketing, and Product —to ensure flawless campaign delivery and an exceptional client experience.
• Provide market and partner feedback to global and regional leadership to continuously improve our product, operations, and go-to-market strategy.
