[Objective]
1. Lead the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring strategic alignment, optimized resource utilization, and excellence in delivery across multiple content and production workstreams.
2. Structure and continuously improve the content production process to ensure on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and consistent quality standards.
3. Serve as a central point of coordination between internal stakeholders and external partners, strengthening collaboration and overall operational effectiveness.
[Main Tasks & Responsibility]
1. Digital & NuOrder(Selling Campaign) Asset Production
-Guideline Development: Establish and maintain asset guidelines including lighting, product setting, tone of manner, and technical standards to ensure visual consistency
-Planning: Plan and execute on-model and packshot asset production for EC PDP and NuOrder in alignment with Digital Merchandising strategy and guideline.
-Quality Control: Define creative direction, coordinate required staffs(art directors, model , H&MU artist, etc) and manage on-set operations to ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
-Asset Delivery: Oversee post-production, conduct final asset validation, and manage delivery through platforms such as Ampliance and NuOrder.
2. Editorial Video Production
-Content Strategy: Develop and execute editorial video content aligned with brand storytelling and digital communication objectives.
-Shoot Management: Coordinate creative partners(videographer, art director, prop designer, etc.), manage filming logistics, and oversee on-site video production.
-Post-Production: Manage post-production timelines, consolidate feedback, and ensure final approval and delivery of video assets.
3. Seoul SMS / Digital Sample Management
-Process Structuring: Establish end-to-end processes from sample order placement through inbound delivery, ensuring clarity, accountability, and timeline alignment across teams.
-Sample Planning: Define sample requirements in alignment with shooting schedules, coordinating with relevent teams to ensure timely availability for asset production.
-Inventory Optimization: Optimize sample utilization through inventory-aware planning and cross- functional coordination.
4. Budgeting & Administration
-Budget & Resource Control: Plan, allocate, and track budgets while managing team resources and workload allocation to ensure delivery efficiency
-Contract Management: Coordinate vendor negotiations and legal reviews
-Team Leadership: Set priorities, define roles and responsibilities, and lead team operations to ensure efficient workflows and consistent delivery.
