MAIN PURPOSE Increase brand awareness by being responsible for marketing activities with qualitative communications via various channels KEY RESPONSIBILITIES PR & Influencer management • Follow up on annual PR plan and HQ / local calendar • Develop and maintain good contact with press & media • Liaise with PR agency to maximize PR results in the market • Hold effective press meeting & sessions • Plan and execute editorial contents creation & interviews • Press release translation, proofreading, development and distribution • Close communication with related agencies & partners • Photo shooting for editorial management • Monthly clipping and regular reporting on PR results • Weekly newsletter for internal staff Viral management • Viral contents planning & execution • Channel selection for viral channels for maximize impact of viral around marketing campaigns • Viral contents reviews & monitoring Global & local talent management (ambassador, celebrity) • Global ambassador management including contract process, campaign / advertorial shooting, event appearance, etc. • Talent proposal & report to seek opportunities aligned with HQ • Regular talent contents creation to raise PR impact in the market • Liaise with talent agency for strong collaboration Press event management • Local press event planning & execution • Manage whole operation & marketing • Results report preparation

Requirement • With 10 years of solid PR & marketing experience gained in luxury retail • Strong ability in developing innovative ideas in the luxury industry • Be able to demonstrate in the implementation and planning of marketing programs • Understand the interest in luxury, culture, art • Excellent time-management skills, managerial skill, and strong organizational skills to work well under pressure
