• PLCM(Product Lifecycle Management) and NPI(New Product Introduction) for FP(Finished Product )/ AI(Active Ingredient) business :
- Strategic planning, PDC Idea dev. and review, LEX(Label Extension), licensing-in/out (with 3P manager)
• Portfolio Strategy incl. Pricing & Market Intelligence and I-plan
• Design brand plan through the right steps for NPI success with MaSE capabilities
• Pricing : Ensure product and price positioning, review brand value in regular basis manner (Value pricing & net pricing) and Commercial Term accountability in Designing, Planning
• CP planning and forecasting: LP, 5yr plan, strategic forecasting (R&O)
• Nation-wide Campaign plan and implement
• Internal event, commercial Kick off
• Market Intelligence
• Area Marketing
자격 요건
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or related fields within the chemical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry.
• Experience with product lifecycle management from development through commercialization.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing successful product launches.
• Available for business trips
• Fluent English
