- Market Intelligence: Manage monthly market intelligence reports including PCB and product insights, and playtest for new games. Update overall PCB Playbook with latest industry trends, competitor analysis, player journey, and emerging technologies.
- Operations Management: Responsible for effective management of all operational aspects within the PCB ecosystem optimizing costs, resource allocation, and ensuring that all processes run smoothly for PCB operations and vendor management.
- New Game Installations: Organize and conduct playtest with R&D teams, oversee successful installation and launch of new games. Monitor daily & monthly performance.
- Partnerships: Build and nurture strategic partnerships to expand PCB ecosystem's influence and capabilities. This includes identifying potential collaborators, negotiating agreements, and managing relationships with external entities to create mutually beneficial opportunities and drive innovation.
2. Publishing Operations: Strategic Execution and Cross-Functional Synergy
- Market Assessments: Conduct market assessment for new genre and titles including market sizing, new target audiences, and genre analysis
- Product Management: Manage overall game deployment processes including GRAC, payment services, legal and compliance requirements.
- Operational Efficiency: Maintain high levels of operational efficiency, continuously evaluating and improving processes including work systems, rituals, gap/vendor assessments
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Fostering strong collaboration across all regional product teams and player platforms.
