• IT & Infrastructure Operations
• Provide hands-on support for local IT infrastructure, end-user systems, networks, and security compliance
• Act as the primary local point of contact coordinating with Global IT teams
• Manage IT assets, access control, and system lifecycle processes
• Ensure system availability, data protection, and business continuity
• Business Systems Support
• Support enterprise and SaaS tools such as ERP, CRM, and collaboration platforms
• Troubleshoot system issues impacting daily business operations
• Maintain system documentation, configurations, and operational guidelines
• Process Documentation & Optimization
• Analyze and document business workflows across Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, and Finance
• Create As-Is process maps, SOPs, and handoff definitions
• Identify inefficiencies, manual work, and improvement opportunities
• Support implementation of standardized and automated workflows
• Cross-functional Project Support
• Participate in internal transformation initiatives (e.g., Quote-to-Cash projects)
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and track execution
• Support change management and user adoption activities
