• Conducts audits and assessments of supplier's systems, processes and products as planned ones under general supervision. • Inspects or verifies products and processes for compliance with requirements and documents findings. • Support assigned SME’s (Subject Matter Experts) in providing supplier education and coaching on quality systems, regulatory compliance issues and company initiatives • Provides technical expertise on specific manufacturing processes to suppliers as applicable. • Monitors quality, delivery, work in process, systemic issues and program impacts to determine needed corrective actions and improvements to supplier performance under general provision. • Interprets flow-down requirements and resolves supplier issues and concerns. • Perform preventive actions as well as corrective action activities with suppliers to address the root cause of quality issues. • Assists the implementation of prevention and built-in-quality approach through applicable tools and processes, such as APQP, SPC, Risk Management, etc.

• Has obtain a bachelor’s degree (or higer) on any Engineering related fields (e.g., Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering and/or Industrial Engineering) with at least five or more years of relevant work experiences • Has strong knowledge of engineering interpretations from basic drawing system to MBD (Model Based Definition) environment • Has knowledge and experience within manufacturing, engineering, quality practices and processes. • Has experience in working with suppliers or partners including engineering and quality processes and management. • Has experience working in a manufacturing environment and knowledge of manufacturing processes with QMS (Quality Management System) engaged • Has experience working overseas and/or has worked with different cultures • Has good communication skills in both English and Korean language • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Required
