글로벌 제약회사에서 Medical Affairs (MSL)들의 역량 강화 및 트레이닝을 담당할 MSL Capability Lead를 채용합니다. MSL 경험과 Training, Medical excellence에 역량있는 분들의 많은 관심 바랍니다.

- Setting in medical excellence and leading high-performance MSL team(s) - Planning and conduct medical capability building with communication and assignment with medical lead/MSL manager. - Training and coaching to MSLs on MSL functional capabilities and align implementation internal standards and processes cross - Generate periodic field medical KPI reports.

- Bachelor's degree or above (Advanced degree preferred, MS/PhD) - Min 5-years experienced in MSL/Medical Affairs of pharmaceutical industry (must) - Excellent communication and coaching skill for MSLs - Extensive experience in project managements - Proficient in English, Computer skill

- Oncology TA experience (not must) - Medical Excellence/Capability experience - 글로벌 제약회사 경험
