1. Operational support to sales processes
- Carries out general activities to support the execution of sales processes, tasks, projects
- Creates monthly/weekly/daily/ad-hoc sales reports as assigned and requested
- Provides data with analysis and guides to help the sales team
- Checks the accuracy of order processing process and can prepare sales quotes
- Manage customer data including creating customer accounts and maintaining the relevant information in SAP
- Provides troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
- Oversees sales information management by maintaining sales records, and compiling monthly sales reports
- Supports the settlement process of rebates and coop for key accounts in collaboration with Pricing Officer, KAM and Finance
- Respond to external/internal requests for information
- Manage in-house online stores including maintaining right level of stock and records and troubleshooting, etc.
- Actively identifies improvements according to efficient ways of working and participates in efficient process improvement activities Maintains the operational efficiency of the sales operation
2. General Administration & HR Support
- Perform comprehensive general administrative functions across the organization, including purchase requisition creation, invoice verification, payment processing, and procurement of office supplies, with hands-on operation experience in SAP.
- Provide executive administrative support to the General Manager, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Coordinate and support internal meetings, organizational events, and company gatherings to ensure smooth execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Act as a key liaison with GA external vendor and the site manager for office, facility, and site management, ensuring effective communication and service delivery.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes in close collaboration with A&P team including welcoming new hire, exit coordination, and IT asset management in close collaboration with APAC IT.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for recruitment activities, including interview room arrangement, and on-site escorting of candidates.
- Ensure timely issuance of purchase orders and accurate handling of payments related to general administrative and HR support activities.
- Perform other duties and administrative tasks assigned to support overall organizational effectiveness.
