A DAY IN THE LIFE:
• Strategic Channel Management: Lead the overall business operations and sustainable growth of the Olive Young channel within the Luxe Division. Develop and execute channel-specific strategies aligned with both brand priorities and retailer growth pillars.
• Stakeholder Negotiation: Manage senior-level relationships with Olive Young MDs to negotiate commercial terms, promotional structures, and prime visibility. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Marketing, SCM, Finance) to maximize channel performance.
• Activation & Sell-out Drive: Orchestrate high-impact activation plans, including major quarterly promotions (e.g., OY Sales), exclusive sets, and “End-cap””OYPick” and "Power Pack" campaigns. Design SKU-specific sales strategies to accelerate sell-out for both Hero products and new launches.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnover, inventory turnover, VMD execution rates, and promotion ROI to derive actionable insights for business improvement.
• Supply Chain & Inventory Management: Lead collaboration with SCM teams to proactively manage inventory levels, minimize Out-of-Stock (OOS) issues, and ensure smooth logistics for large-scale promotions.
• Operational Excellence & KPI Standards: Ensure nationwide operational stability by enforcing strict compliance with channel policies. Establish and manage Visual Merchandising (VMD) standards, including tester zone management and promotion zone execution, to bridge the gap between division VMD guidelines and field reality.
• Field Training & Engagement: Oversee the planning and execution of product/brand training for Olive Young store staff. Ensure field teams are well-equipped with knowledge of core SKUs and seasonal focus products to enhance the consumer experience.
• People Leadership: Lead and coach the Operation and Activation sub-teams. Define clear roles, prioritize resources, and foster the professional development of team members to ensure high-quality execution.
[Requirement skills & Qualifications]
• Professional Experience: Minimum 12–15+ years of experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or Retail Operations within the Beauty or FMCG industry. (Extensive experience in managing Olive Young or major H&B accounts is mandatory.)
• Retail & VMD Expertise: Deep understanding of H&B channel dynamics, field operations, and premium merchandising standards.
• Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Proven ability to translate complex market data (e.g., Olive Young portal data) into structured business plans and ROI-driven activation strategies.
• Leadership & Communication: Strong track record of leading teams and managing multi-stakeholder environments with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
