자격 요건
• 10+ years multiple HR functional experience preferred such as talent development, organizational development, compensation, benefits, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, performance management, employee recognition, communication, engagement, and retention.
• 3+ years of experience in a role requiring interactions with senior management (VP and above)
• MNC experience
• Ability to travel as required by needs of the business
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, and to influence and negotiate effectively.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects, and to prioritize and adapt to changing situations.
• Ability to work across global time zones.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of HR-related work experience.
OR
Associate's degree and 11+ years of HR-related work experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 13+ years of HR-related work experience.
