In this role, you will monitor overall daily performance of the 3PL in Distribution Center (DC) and Logistics of the Korea Affiliate to ensure all KPIs are consistently achieved. You will play a key role in communicating between ELC and 3PL and ensure all order processing and counter inventory are managed to meet the required level.

Distribution and Logistics: • Manage 3PL and drive for DC process excellence, improve operation processes as per business needs, and support global, regional and affiliate projects. • Monitor overall daily performance of 3PL Distribution Center (DC) and Logistics to ensure all KPIs are consistently achieved • Ensure that 3PL complies with the requirements under SAP-WMS standard operating procedures and support operation audits (e.g. SOX, EHS, security) and ensure that 3PL can meet all audit requirements. • Play a key role in communication between ELC and 3PL. • Closely monitor and strictly control the expense of 3PL as per LE. • Ensure all warehouse and distribution operations of 3PL meet government legal required standard. • Lead weekly/monthly performance review with 3PL to ensure providing service excellence to customers with optimal cost. • Lead to keep accurate inventory to support customer service in daily basis. Lead cycle count in weekly and 100% stock taking in annual. • Lead to improve 3PL cost efficiency while providing best service to customer. • Analyze 3PL cost to keep best financial excellence. Customer Service: • Lead and manage all the saleable and promotional order process to deliver service expectation for order management area. • Manage SAP and Retail POS issues in order management process and functionality. • Manage customer order fill rate performance by providing root cause analysis when performance does not met. • Manage optimal counter inventory with right mix • Develop and provide various reports such as Sell-in run rate by channel, return and other ad-hoc report if any. • Communicate with team members to align staff’s goal/achievement with company’s objective/expectation/performance.

- Minimum 10+ years in management position of distribution center and 3PL management experience - Well-versed with SAP-WM system operations - Systematic decision-making with good analytical skill - Strong planning skill with strategic mind - Project management knowledge and skill - Excellent interpersonal skills and people management skill - Self-motived and able to work under pressure - Good command of English
