• Establish and embed a strong medical foundation and strategy in line with global direction
•Act as a strategic bridge between global medical vision, scientific priorities, and local market needs, ensuring effective localization and execution
•Define local needs and contribute to clinical testing plans in alignment with global medical strategy
•Build, lead, and develop the local medical team, setting clear priorities, ways of working, and long-term capability development

• Proven experience in medical marketing (in-house or agency), demonstrating the ability to elevate brand credibility by increasing HCP awareness and authentically integrating a strong medical image into consumer communications.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders and local cross-functional teams, as well as to build and maintain smooth, professional relationships with HCPs
• Strong English skills to communicate effectively in a global environment.
• Experience in leading a medical marketing team in-house or agency-side. (Preferably in dermo-cosmetics; experience in pharma or medical devices is also acceptable.)
• Open-minded, passionate, and collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, a strong sense of ownership, and an entrepreneurial spirit, committed to growing together with the team.
• Familiar with skin science and beauty categories; understanding of consumer/shopper
