1.Execute DX Projects: Own and execute multiple DX projects simultaneously that are diverse in nature (type of projects include, but not limited to primary research, solution formulation with service design, UX/UI prototyping, visual communication, etc.) 2. Produce Documents / Artifacts: Create awesome design related documents such as user research insights, as-is and to-be journey map, solution concepts, illustrations, etc. 3. Manage DX Projects: Manage assigned projects end-to-end from initial planning to delivering/presenting the final solution to all relevant stakeholders 4. Control Deliverables Quality: Manage projects outsourced to 3rd party vendors (CX consulting or design firms) to ensure quality deliverables within expected timeframe 5. Facilitate Meetings: Prepare, run and facilitate DX project meetings and workshops

1. English Fluency 2. Strategy experience (consulting, in-house strategic planning team, etc.) 3. Project Management experience (knows how to use PM tools and plan for project) 4. UI design using Figma (seasoned experience in creating UXUI design) 5. Basic data analysis using Excel (knows how to run basic data analysis)
