Lead development planning, coaching, mentoring, and facilitation activities across assigned departments.
Manage succession planning processes to build sustainable talent pipelines for key roles.
5. Employee Relations & Legal Compliance
Maintain strong knowledge of labor laws and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.
Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively, mitigating legal and organizational risks.
6. Site Engagement & Culture Development
Strengthen communication channels and partner with leaders to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
Support initiatives to improve collaboration, trust, and team effectiveness within the site.
7. HR Processes & Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage HR operations across staffing, compensation & benefits, employee communication, career
development, and mobility.
Ensure high-quality HR service delivery throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
