Wind Turbine Procurement Planning and Management - Developing Bidding Strategies and Managing TSA - Draft English tender documents (legal, regulatory, etc.) - Manage the tender process and finalize contracts - Develop technical requirements and specifications - Review supplier technical documents and manage risks Wind Turbine Manufacturing and Installation Management - Manage manufacturing progress and coordinate delivery schedules - Troubleshoot during manufacturing and installation - Supervise turbine installation and commissioning - Design and optimize wind farms - Manage port development and contracts Industry Trend Analysis and Reporting - Analyze and report on domestic and international offshore wind market trends - Report on project status Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Technical Support - Providing technical advisory services for operational offshore wind farms

Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Major in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering English proficiency: Must be able to communicate effectively - Experience in negotiations and daily discussions with foreign partners - English interview required
