■ Support S&OP Process • Verify sales forecast and review operation KPIs • Run the Macro planner and evaluate planning results • Create alternative scenarios and scenario analysis • Communicate with Plant SCs and business partners • Analyze the impact due to demand or capacity change • Prepare the materials for Supply review or Pre-S&OP mtg ■ Improve planning accuracy and visibilities • Monitor actual capacity and perform business analysis • Attend S&OE Meeting -Identify business issues and align the S&OP Plan ■ Ongoing projects to enhance S&OP Process • Conduct activities to integrate Company planner and Macro planner • Improve planning systems and S&OP Process

• 8 years of experience in SC field expect for logistics • SC Planning or S&OP Process Experience • Majoring in SCM or Industrial Engineering • Excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint • Excellent English proficiency

• Experience in Business strategy or Financial Planning is a plus • Experience in Manufacturing industry is preferred
