Your Impact
1) Sales performance and growth insights
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance KPIs (traffic, conversion, AOV, UPT) to evaluate category and product performance.
- Track and optimize campaign execution, including HP updates, takeover banners to drive qualified traffic and incremental sales.
- Prepare concise, insight-driven reports for local and HQ stakeholders to guide strategic decisions and long-term business planning
2) E-Merchandising Excellence
- Own the end-to-end online merchandising strategy for all categories, especially in Leather Goods, and Ready-to-wear.
- Optimize PLP/ PDP structure, website navigations, on-site search, product hierarchy, and content curation to maximize visibility, engagement, and sell-through
- Partner with HQ and local Merch / Supply Chain teams to ideate and develop localized assets while upholding Celine’s global brand identity
3) Performance Marketing
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple platforms (Naver, KAKAO, etc.), ensuring alignment with seasonal marketing assets to drive traffic and conversions.
- Monitor and optimize marketing campaigns to ensure efficient use of the budget and resources, adjusting strategies based on seasonal trends and sales performance.
4) Front-end Operations
- Oversee daily e-commerce operations especially in SFCC and related platforms, including order flow monitoring, issue resolution, and coordination with relevant departments in local / HQ.
- Collaborate with HQ counterparts to resolve system errors or operational issues identified during order processing.
- Ensure seamless operational execution to minimize disruptions and safeguard the client experience.
5) Global Project Management
- Lead and participate in global e-commerce projects, including UAT, ensuring all functionalities are validated for launch.
- Provide analytical perspectives and raise flags to HQ when issues arise during deployment or performance reviews.
