Job Title: Talent Development Manager
Contract Period: 1-year Contract (Maternity Leave)
Reporting to: HR Director
Dotted Reporting to: Talent Development Director, HQ
Location: Seoul, Korea
Job Summary
Manage and lead all Talent Development (TD), Engagement and Talent acquisition (TA) topics across the brands in Fashion Group Korea. The portfolio or brands are Celine, Loewe and Fendi.

Role & Responsibilities
1) Talent Development
- Identify training needs based on both business and employee needs
- Develop and deliver internal training & development initiatives according to Group/Maison needs (E.g. global/local Leadership development programs and etc.)
- Source, recommend and plan suitable external training & development programs
- Manage all Training and Development related budgets
2) Talent Management & Engagement
- Drive all Employee Engagement initiatives internally & externally
- Deliver all Employer Branding initiatives internally & externally
- Manage retail Management Trainee (MT) program
- Lead and manage all Campus recruitment initiatives
- Lead succession planning exercises with market HRBP
- Manage a list of talent pipeline candidates across brands & region for key positions
3) Talent Acquisition
- Relationship management with search firms including alignment of terms of search
- Manage initial recruitment process for core retail roles to allow harmonization across all Fashion Group brands in Korea (E.g. Job posting (internal & external) and internal mobility initiatives)
- Pre-screen core retail roles and recommend suitable profiles to respective market HRBP
- Review the recruitment process regularly and provide recommendation to ensure the right level of efficiency and effectiveness to the hiring process that meets organization needs
- Collaborate and work with Local HR team & Talent Director, HQ for any other initiatives and projects where applicable.

Profile
- 8-10 years of experience in Talent Development with strong experience in Talent related area
- Uphold Confidentiality as a HR Professional
- Good HR and work Ethics
- Good communication skills with the ability to lead and influence
- Good time and organization management skills
- Strategic business partnering and analytical skills
- Meticulous and attention to details
- Strong agility to manage a fast paced and constantly changing environment
- Fluent in English
