Order Management
• Process online customer orders promptly and monitor dispatch and delivery status.
• Manage return and exchange procedures to ensure a smooth and customer-focused experience.
Operation And Process Enhancement
• Manage and optimize operational setup for the official online store (Product listing, category mapping, internal keyword search, and promotion setup).
• Standardize operational processes across sales channels and manage SLA performance.
User Experience Improvement
• Monitor issues within the eCommerce platform and perform troubleshooting to ensure stable operations.
• Improve systems and operational workflows to minimize errors and enhance consumer journey.
B2B Online Team Sales Management
• Manage B2B order inquiries from schools, sports teams, corporations, and organizations and convert them into sales opportunities
• Verify order quantities, size breakdowns, and delivery timelines to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
자격 요건
• 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce operations, logistics and delivery management, or customer service operations
• Proficient communication skills in Korean; English proficiency is a plus
• Ability to analyze data and apply insights to solve operational problems
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Good collaboration and communication skills
우대사항
• Prefer to bachelor’s degree.
• Sports/fashion/FMCG industry experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with online store solutions, SFCC is a plus
• SAP experience preferred
