주요업무

A DAY IN THE LIFE: Drive growth by transforming complex consumer and market data into high-impact strategic business insights. Navigate and implement both qualitative and quantitative landscapes to influence business decisions and shape the future of beauty as a beauty-passionate expert. CORE WORK ACTIVITIES  Strategic Business Partnership: Act as a strategic consultant to internal stakeholders (Brands/Divisions). Identify business challenges and provide data-driven recommendations to guide top management’s decision-making.  Holistic Insight Generation: Leverage various available data sources (e.g., consumer research, retail, and digital analytics) into cohesive insights to create a 360-degree view to understand the full consumer journey. Proactively identify new prospects and propose strategic approaches to effectively address key business questions.  Research Excellence: Design and lead end-to-end consumer studies (U&A, Penetration study, Concept/Product testing, Brand health tracking, Shopper journey, Brand/Category deep-dive, etc) using innovative and agile methodologies while ensuring Group quality standards. • Consumer Panel Data Analysis: Deliver brand performance and market dynamics insights to brand teams. Maintain panel dashboards and process data for reporting.  Agency & Network Management: Drive and challenge research agencies to deliver "beyond-the-data" insights. Foster a collaborative network with external partners to stay at the forefront of research technology (AI tools, advanced analytics, etc).  Data Storytelling: Translate "what" happened into "why" it happened and "what's next," delivering sharp and persuasive presentations to senior leadership. PROFESSIONAL & TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES • Consumer Centricity: Deep curiosity and empathy for consumer behavior and the psychological drivers behind beauty choices. • Analytical Power: Proficiency in interpreting complex data sets; ability to "make numbers speak" and connect them to business KPIs. • Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture while maintaining attention to detail. • Digital Savvy: Strong interest in digital ecosystems, social media trends, and new data intelligence tools. • Impactful Communication: Strong storytelling skills and the ability to influence diverse audiences with clarity and conviction. • Agility & Proactivity: Highly self-motivated and autonomous with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

자격 요건

WE ARE LOOKING FOR: • Education: Bachelor's degree • Years of experience: 6 – 8 years of experience • Above 6 years of experience in Market Research or Consumer/Market Insights positions is preferred • Proven track record in both qualitative and quantitative research is preferred • Experience in Beauty and FMCG related industry is preferred • Insight in Beauty trends and consumer-oriented mindset is a must • Other Skills: n. Fluent in both Korean English (Professional level for reporting and presentation) o. Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and any data visualization tools
