A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Drive growth by transforming complex consumer and market data into high-impact strategic business insights. Navigate and implement both qualitative and quantitative landscapes to influence business decisions and shape the future of beauty as a beauty-passionate expert.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Strategic Business Partnership: Act as a strategic consultant to internal stakeholders (Brands/Divisions). Identify business challenges and provide data-driven recommendations to guide top management’s decision-making.
Holistic Insight Generation: Leverage various available data sources (e.g., consumer research, retail, and digital analytics) into cohesive insights to create a 360-degree view to understand the full consumer journey. Proactively identify new prospects and propose strategic approaches to effectively address key business questions.
Research Excellence: Design and lead end-to-end consumer studies (U&A, Penetration study, Concept/Product testing, Brand health tracking, Shopper journey, Brand/Category deep-dive, etc) using innovative and agile methodologies while ensuring Group quality standards.
• Consumer Panel Data Analysis: Deliver brand performance and market dynamics insights to brand teams. Maintain panel dashboards and process data for reporting.
Agency & Network Management: Drive and challenge research agencies to deliver "beyond-the-data" insights. Foster a collaborative network with external partners to stay at the forefront of research technology (AI tools, advanced analytics, etc).
Data Storytelling: Translate "what" happened into "why" it happened and "what's next," delivering sharp and persuasive presentations to senior leadership.
