(English) • Accountable for the delivery of projects from 'sales to project team handover' through to 'project-close'. • Working in a client-facing environment with clients in multiple industries and multiple locations. • Covering all administrative duties on projects to free up consultants’ time to concentrate on technical tasks. • Developing and managing detailed project plans, identifying project risks, developing risk registers and producing RACI models • Accountable for delivery of documentation to customers e.g. project plans, blueprints, implementation documents, summary documents. • Assisting with the final development of our own agile project management methodology (ELK) – acting as an 'approver'. • Acting as a mentor to junior members of the PMO. • Attending User Group events promoting EPI-USE Labs’ PMO services. • Building relationships with key client stakeholders. We’ll ask this person to work across at least 2-6 live projects at any one time, depending on the nature of the projects. Projects range from a couple of weeks to several months. Some complex SLO/transformation projects may last a year or longer.
