자격 요건
1. University degree in a recognized university.
2. Minimum 10 years progressive sales experience in food industry with at least 5 years at managerial position.
3. Working experience with foreign companies and FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) /Food industry preferred.
4. Hands-on knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, distributor networks, office management.
1. Good knowledge of local market, i.e. bakeries, hotels, restaurants.
2. Good knowledge of sales management, pricing and customers.
3. Strategic thinking with analytical and initiative, with sound problem solving skills and drive for business results.
4. Very good communication skills at all levels and able to deal with various customer levels.
5. Strong leadership and management skills as well as a team player.
6. Willing to travel.
7. Fluent English both written and spoken.
8. Computer literate.
