1. Invest in TCCS category, emerging channels, and deliver volume growth
2. Strengthen the market network and leverage scale and scope
3. Develop, implement and manage efficient and effective marketing activities
4. Lead the development and execution of the strategic and annual marketing plans
5. Develop strategic marketing plan
6. New product development
7. Oversee Digital Marketing
8. Develop and lead a strong marketing team
자격 요건
Bachelor Degree in Business or Marketing. MBA preferred
Minimum 10 years progressive product management and marketing experience
Marketing experience within a foreign-owned companies and FMCG(fast-moving consumer goods) /Food industry preferred
1. Strong understanding of marketing, strategic planning and finance fundamentals
2. Excellent interpersonal and influence skills; team-oriented leadership
3. Creative, analytical and structured long-term planner with bottom line sensibilities
4. Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and opportunities
5. Action-oriented, outgoing self-starter and champion of the brand and new channels
6. A passion for coaching and mentoring associates to help them grow and be successful in their roles/careers
7. A positive, can-do attitude and strong problem solving orientation
8. Fluent English both written and spoken
9. Computer literate
