자격 요건
Business Degree from a recognized university.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in human resources function
Working experience with international companies and exposed to international HR environment and systems.
Hands-on experience in personnel management, performance management, compensation & benefits and Training & Development, administration
Good interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem solving skills.
Good network with headhunters, HR consultants, government labor bureaus
Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, knowledge of HR database.
Fluency in English and Japanese.
Some travel required.
