 Business Degree from a recognized university.  Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in human resources function  Working experience with international companies and exposed to international HR environment and systems.  Hands-on experience in personnel management, performance management, compensation & benefits and Training & Development, administration  Good interpersonal skills.  Excellent problem solving skills.  Good network with headhunters, HR consultants, government labor bureaus  Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, knowledge of HR database.  Fluency in English and Japanese.  Some travel required.
