Dassault Systèmes Korea is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Sales Expert to drive growth for our ENOVIA brand, which delivers collaborative innovation and product lifecycle management (PLM) solutions. This role focuses on sales execution and customer engagement in areas such as Product Data Management (PDM), Project Management (PMS), and Quality Management (QMS), helping clients transform their product development and governance processes.

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the ENOVIA brand
• Identify and engage with prospects in PLM-related domains (PDM, PMS, QMS, 3DEXPERIENCE Platform)
• Analyze customer challenges in product development and data governance and propose tailored solutions
• Articulate the value of Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE platform to clients
• Collaborate with internal technical and consulting teams to craft compelling proposals
• Manage sales pipeline and forecast revenue to meet targets
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to generate market insights
자격 요건
• Minimum 8 years of sales experience in PLM or enterprise software solutions (Preferably in PDM, project management, or quality management domains to acclerate collaboration)
• Strong B2B sales and account management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to simplify complex solutions
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Fluent in Korean and English (Global communication skills preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related fields
