1. Mechanical Design & CAD Management / 기계 설계 및 CAD 관리
− Act as the primary resource for mechanical design generation and review using 2D/3D CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
− Create and manage detailed engineering drawings for fabrication, ensuring all designs utilize proper Global Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) to minimize errors during assembly.
− Maintain the engineering data management system, ensuring all equipment revisions and spare parts lists are accurately documented and organized
2. Equipment Implementation / 설비 구축 및 구현
− Support the Director of Engineering in sourcing and specifying equipment for both the upstream (chemical/powder) and downstream (automated assembly) processes.
− Collaborate with R&D and product stakeholders to translate their functional requirements into mechanical specifications that vendors can build.
− Troubleshoot mechanical failures on the production floor, analysing root causes (e.g., bearing failures, misalignment, material fatigue) and engineering permanent corrective actions.
생산 현장에서 발생하는 기계적 고장의 근본 원인(예: 베어링 파손, 축 정렬 불량, 재료 피로 등)을 분석하고, 영구적인 시정 조치를 설계하여 문제를 해결합니다.
3. Vendor & Fabrication Management / 공급업체 및 제작 관리
− Manage external equipment vendors and local machine shops. This includes obtaining quotes, clarifying technical questions, and conducting site visits to monitor fabrication progress.
− Oversee Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) to ensure incoming machinery meets mechanical safety and performance standards before it is handed over to operations.
4. Project Execution / 프로젝트 실행
− Manage the timeline and budget for specific mechanical equipment upgrades or installations.
− Coordinate on-site installation contractors (riggers, millwrights, mechanical installers) during the setup of new production lines.
5. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance / 예방 및 예측 보전
− Establish CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to plan, track, measure, and optimize everything from work orders to inventory and reporting.
− Develop and implement Preventive & Predictive maintenance activities through CMMS.
− Monitor equipment condition and performance trends to proactively identify potential failures.
