⭐Sales performance & channel management
• Develop a data-based sales building block and run sales forecasting
•Monitor and optimize daily, weekly and monthly performance KPIs including sales, traffic, conversion, ROAS, and visibility
• Own daily business operations and e-merchandising for Pureplayers (Kakao, Naver)
• Optimize brand store navigation, product hierarchy and content to maximize visibility, engagement and sell out.
• Develop yearly/quarterly sales & consumer engagement plans in line with brand calendar
• Track and optimize digital consumer engagement activities (paid media, advocacy, CRM, omni channel events etc.) to drive traffic and incremental sales.
⭐Strategic Collaboration
• Build strong relationships with e-tailer stakeholders for better exposure and joint programs
• Align execution with global and regional digital teams (both E-tail and DTC teams), ensuring brand consistency
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders including DP, SCM, Logistics, IT, and Finance to ensure stable operations and campaign readiness
⭐Campaign Execution & Optimization
• Plan and launch e-commerce campaigns with high-quality merchandising and assets
• Analyse daily/weekly/monthly performance and apply insights to future actions
• Oversee product assortment, availability, order flow, and promotional readiness through collaboration on OMS/WMS systems and back-office process flows
