• Conduct Independent Business Reviews (IBR) focused liquidity, financial performance, and key business risks, and evaluating restructuring options • Develop, review, and validate financial models and analyses, including integrated 3-statement models, valuation, and liquidation analysis • Build and manage short-term liquidity tools, including 13-week cash flow forecasts and cash monitoring frameworks • Support restructuring and insolvency processes, including pre-bankruptcy planning, creditor coordination, and preparation of restructuring documentation • Advise management, investors, and lenders on liquidity risks, financial viability, and restructuring strategies • Lead or support defined workstreams, managing timelines, deliverables, and execution quality • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders across levels in high-pressure, time-critical situations • Contribute to business development activities, including pitch preparation and proposal support

▪ Professional Experience • 6+ years 1of experience in restructuring, investment or commercial banking, audit, or financial advisory roles with a strong finance or accounting focus • Strong understanding of financial statements, liquidity management, and distressed finance dynamics, including insolvency or in-court restructuring type frameworks ▪ Financial & Analytical Expertise • Advanced expertise in financial modeling and analysis, including 13-week cash flow forecasts, integrated 3-statement models, and valuation / liquidation analysis • Proven analytical capability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights into clear, actionable recommendations ▪ Education & Certifications • BA/BS degree and/or MBA/MS in Accounting, Finance, or other related analytical fields • Professional certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or demonstrated progress toward such certifications preferred ▪ Professional Capabilities & Culture Fit • Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills are a must; VBA, macros, or advanced modeling techniques considered a plus • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and cross-functional teams • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to perform both as a collaborative contributor and independent owner in a fast-paced environment • Ability to manage work in time-pressured, complex environments, both as a team member and an independent contributor • Commitment to living and promoting company’s cultural values: integrity, leadership, objectivity, inclusive diversity and fun 1 Manager: 8+ years, Associate: 4-6+ years•
