• Conduct diagnostic assessments of operational and financial performance to identify root causes of underperformance • Identify and implement performance improvement, cost reduction, and working capital initiatives across the organization • Develop and execute operational restructuring and turnaround initiatives to improve EBITDA, cash flow, and enterprise value • Translate analytical findings into practical, executable recommendations and track implementation progress • Support management in developing and sensitizing business and operating plans aligned with turnaround objectives • Work closely with client teams on-site to deliver high-impact execution, including interim management support where required • Lead or support defined workstreams, managing timelines, deliverables, and execution quality • Communicate and collaborate effectively with client stakeholders across levels, often in high-pressure environments

▪ Professional Experience • O+ years 1 of experience in management consulting or relevant industry roles, with exposure to turnaround, operational restructuring, or performance improvement • Foundational understanding of restructuring and insolvency processes, including the fundamental aspects of in-court restructuring or equivalent frameworks ▪ Financial & Analytical Expertise • Proven ability to identify key operational performance drivers and translate analysis into EBITDA and cash flow improvement initiatives • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights into actionable recommendations ▪ Education & Certifications • BA/BS degree and/or MBA/MS in Accounting, Finance, or other related analytical fields ▪ Professional Capabilities & Culture Fit • Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills are a must • Fluency in Korean and English is highly required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and senior stakeholders • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to perform both as a collaborative contributor and independent owner in a fast-paced environment • Ability to manage work in time-pressured, complex environments, both as a team member and an independent contributor • Commitment to living and promoting company’s cultural values: integrity, leadership, objectivity, inclusive diversity and fun Manager: 8+ years, Associate: 4-6+ years•
