Position Overview: In this role, you will be part of the Korea Operations team, working closely with Korean stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Supply Planning, Customer Service alongside external partners in 3PL, freight, and last mile partners. The scope includes order processing, from extraction to fulfilment, with a primary focus on ensuring smooth order execution. This candidate will be a strong advocate for all outbound and inventory related transactions ranging from sales order collection, dissemination and the necessary inventory system transactions within. By incorporating efficiencies and continuous improvement in execution, he/she will play a key role in driving operational excellence to set the organization up for success and scale. Here are some of the EXCITING things you will get to do: • Drive daily order fulfilment in a timely manner, via close collaboration with sales and 3PL partners • Perform relevant system transactions and checks to ensure operational hygiene • Act as key user for implementation of new systems to improve order processing efficiencies • Continuously improve business processes ; set the bar high!

Here are some of the exciting things you will get to do: •Own daily order processing from order extraction to order creation to order sync across SharkNinja and 3PL systems • Translate orders into ready templates to upload to system • Coordinate with sales and 3PL partners to provide tailored supply chain services (eg. labelling) to each of the retailers • Perform the relevant system stock transfers and shipments check to support consignment orders • Validate SKU-retailer pricing to ensure accuracy during sales promotions • Monitor pallet and packaging inventory and place orders to ensure smooth warehouse operations • Act as key user for system migrations and updates • Support adhoc operational escalations for issue resolution

• >3 years logistics or operations experience in the Korean market • Knowledge of supply chain systems including Oracle, Excel preferred • Clear communicator and collaborator with multiple internal and external stakeholders. • Working level English is preferred for this role • Growth mindset
