- Support the forecasting and budgeting processes in alignment with business objectives.
- Review and monitor Service Center related costs.
- Act as a key financial partner to Brand, Brand HQ and Group HQ, supporting data-driven decision making.
- Provide in-depth financial analysis across brands, Service Center divisions, and local management.
- Analyse CAPEX and profitability (LNR, CER).
- Monitor ROI, cost structure, and performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
