CBRE Hotels provides a full service offer to clients and investors with business lines covering Valuation, Brokerage, Capital Advisors (Debt / Equity), Research, Feasibility Studies, Advisory, Operator Selection and Asset Management. Due to expansion, we are seeking an Analyst – Assistant Manager to support CBRE Hotels Korea. This will include conducting and documenting moderate to complex hotel financial analysis, as well as researching and writing business development and property marketing documents.

주요업무

- Undertake sales and advisory work mandates for hotels in Korea across the APAC region. - Actively manage the end-to-end process for hotel sales transactions including preparing proposals, teasers, investment memorandums, financial models, investor communication, closing etc. - Develop rigorous advisory reports which demonstrate a strong level of analysis and understanding of the necessary core criteria to evaluate the subject matter. Advisory projects could cover hotels, student accommodation, hotel operators, branded residential etc. and work could include, but is not limited to, feasibility work, consulting, market or asset reviews and general industry advisory - Work closely with other members within the Hotels team and other CBRE teams (e.g. country-specific capital markets, marketing) to successfully manage sales & advisory mandates - Develop and maintain close relationships with internal and external key clients and a network of other industry peers - Proactively focus on maximizing performance to ensure the achievement of individual and team budget and goal - Attend meetings with the client and others, either individually or in combination, as appropriate whether in a regular periodic reporting format or as required to facilitate information cross flow, services coordination, problem resolution, required negotiation or for decision making - Participate in industry specific professional association activities - This role may require travel across the region

자격 요건

Required Knowledge & Skills: - Superior attention to detail and ability to remain task focused. - Sound understanding of financials to analyze financial data. - Superior organization skills and ability to work to strict deadlines. - Logical and analytical thought processes. - Ability to manage multiple projects and clients. - Excellent knowledge of or willingness to learn about the Hotel and Tourism industry. - Demonstrable confidence and maturity in communication and have the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues. - Excellent written and oral presentation skills. - Advanced level in core Microsoft packages – particularly Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook. Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years’ experience in Real Estate Brokerage / Advisory Services, Real Estate or Finance industries - Tertiary qualifications in hospitality, real estate or finance related discipline - Professional working proficiency in English
