Your future team plays a vital role in building, managing and developing long-term e-commerce relationships to achieve the targeted sales revenue by increasing the brand’s online presence.
[A DAY IN THE LIFE]
1. Responsible for growing Sell Out for Coupang and other account ahead of Category; Delivering P&L and Sales Target for Brands across all Platforms/Accounts
2. Drive execution of activity plan for Brands and Platforms
3. Responsible for daily Algorithm Mastery and SEO on Platform.
4. Lead Performance review meeting
5. Build, manage and develop long-term relationships with ecommerce customers to achieve the targeted sales revenue by increasing the brand’s exposure.
[CORE WORK ACTIVITIES]
1. Channel Management
- Lead and negotiate annual agreements with ecommerce customers
- Ability to logically analyze, organize, and deliver business strategies
- Propose promotion planning and establishment
- Smooth collaboration with logical and analytical thinking and communication based on data
- Define and implement Go to Market strategy with cross functional teams (marketing, supply chain, IT, sales,…)
2. PROFESSIONAL & TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
- Activates Business Drivers
- Stays up-to-date with market, consumers& competitors
- Conducts Win-Win negotiation
- Channel inventory management and demand forecasting
- Monitors sell-in & sell-out excellence
3. Assists with daily activity and resource plan for hero products to deliver Sell Out and Sell In objectives for brands (on platform traffic, promotion, CRM)
4. Allocates AD Investment according to the Budget & Trend.
5. Analyses performance, execution and ROI of promotions, as well as onsite media budget spending
6. Analyses data of retailer platform operations
7.Assists in Delivering the Monthly and Quarterly Sales Target.
8. Executes activity plan connected to platform engagement.
9. Establish and Calibrate the optimized On-site Ad Strategy and campaign
10. Analyze Ad/Sell-out Performance Result with decoding digital KPI
11. Closely Co-work with Coupang Media Group to set/manage
12. Develop data-driven promotion strategies
13. Work closely with TM/MKT, share the industry and competitive landscapes and make suggestions to identify new opportunities.
