Objective:
Contribute to the daily administration and coordination of training functions and events
Support Trainers to research, organize, and learn new techniques to better educate trainees
Typically work in an office environment and report to training manager, and co-working with HQ training team.
Help to update/improve/develop training documents
Responsibilities:
Manage the administration of programs: attendance, training records, training evaluation compilation.
Maintenance training tool including Company Training online module maintenance, translations
Prepare Virtual & Classroom training course and schedules
Edit and deliver training materials according to local needs
Collecting & Reporting Virtual & Classroom training results / Follow up
Organizes and coordinate logistics required for all training events (Organize training venues, training room set up, training documents, hotel, train/flights, meals…)
Maintain training assets: catalogues, books, products (preparation for product sample)
Translate training materials
Management of training expenses accounting submission
