[What We do] 초음파 진단 의료기기의 기본 동작 원리에서 시작하여 필요한 주요 HW / FW / Mech. Components 의 설계, Integration, 검증 그리고 양산, 이관에 이르기까지 전반적인 개발을 담당하고 있습니다. 1. Mechanical Design - Design the mechanical parts with FMEA and DFX skills, verify the design with prototypes or hard-tooled parts - Explore new materials, new manufacturing methods, and its application to the product design 2. Industrial Design Support - Collaborate with Industrial Designer to make the parts manufacturable. 3. Production Assistance - Build & release 3D & 2D drawings for manufacturing in Siemens SCM or suppliers. - Support trouble-shooting of mechanical parts in production phase if necessary. 4. Collaboration with outside ODM vendor or outside design vendors. - Provide design requirement and constraints to outside design vendors. - Review the design by outside design vendors and give feedbacks to the vendors. 5. Collaboration with outside computer simulation vendors if necessary. - Provide simulation requirement and constraints to outside simulation vendors for thermal/flow and structural analysis. - Review the simulation result and give feedbacks to the vendors.

1. Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or mechanical engineering associated major (e.g. Aerospace engineering, Car-engineering.. etc) 2. Required Skills (1) Technique - [Nice-to-have] Ability to independently design and follow up system and devices by top-down structure - [Nice-to-have] Understanding in FMEA, DFX - [Nice-to-have] Ability to create and interpret GD&T drawings - [Nice-to-have] Understanding in 6sigma, tolerance analysis and statistical quality control. - [Nice-to-have] Understanding in thermal/ air-flow analysis. (2) Language - [Must have] Business English (possible to communicate in English - reading, writing, and listening & speaking) (3) Tool - [Must have] 3D CAD (Example : CREO, NX, CATIA) and AutoCAD - [Must have] Office tool (Powerpoint, Excel, MS word) - [Nice-to-have] SAP, Computer-Simulation (FEA) in structural / thermal/ air-flow analysis. (4) Other capabilities: - [Must-to-have] Communication skills, presentation skills.

1. Minimum 3 years experiences in mechanical design - Design work for plastic, casting, sheetmetal, AL-extrusion is basically involved in this job position. - Knowledge/understanding in Off-the shelf parts like fasteners, bearing and so on is required for successful design work. - Knowledge and experience in 2ndary operations such as painting and plating is also required. 2. Experience of medical device industry 3. Experience in working with outside vendors for ODM/outside design house. 4. Experience in working on computer simulation. experience in simulation will be plus.
