Act as the primary point of contact for individual employee or manager.
• Provide assistance to the employees for any people life and wellbeing @3DS related topics
• Provide coaching and assistance to the managers for any relationship-related topic
• Be a facilitator between Manager & Employee with regard to relationship difficulties
• Provide employee support assist employees with questions and escalations, direct them to the appropriate teams and help resolving concerns in a timely and accurate manner. In order to achieve the same, work together with cross-functional teams when appropriate to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contact the people identified in a particular context (e.g.: implement appropriate processes to ease return to work after a long leave such as long sick leaves or parental leaves and follow up with the employees and their management)
Lead employee representatives engagement locally (e.g., information and consultation meetings, negotiations of agreement, etc.)
• Be the partner of Employee Representatives (Unions representatives, Work council, Health & safety Committee, etc)
• Interact with internal and external regulatory organizations ( labor authorities, …)
• Design, promote and enforce disability policies, where required
