▶ Key Accountabilities & KPI
We are looking for a Social Marketing Manager responsible for both social media channel management and influencer/KOL community programs for ABI brands. This role is ideal for a digital marketer who can turn insights into compelling social content, build strong creator relationships, and manage end-to-end execution across key platforms.
Social Marketing
• Lead day-to-day management of brand social channels (e.g. Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X), including content planning, publishing, community interaction and reporting.
• Plan and manage always-on content calendars; support major brand and campaign launches with social-first ideas.
• Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, sentiment, retention, etc.) and optimize content based on data.
• Partner closely with brand, partnerships, design and media teams to ensure consistent and integrated campaign execution across touchpoints.
• Share insights on social trends, formats and consumer behavior to inform brand and campaign strategies.
Influencer & KOL Community Management
• Plan and execute influencer and KOL programs (always-on and campaign-based) for brands such as Cass, Budweiser, Hanmac, Stella Artois, Hoegaarden, etc.
• Manage influencer/KOL databases and communities, including regular touchpoints, seeding programs, and small-scale events or gatherings.
• Monitor influencer content performance and sentiment; consolidate learnings and best practices to improve future programs.
• Ensure all influencer activities comply with internal guidelines and local advertising regulations.
Reporting & Collaboration
• Use social and influencer analytics tools to build regular performance reports and campaign reviews.
• Provide clear recommendations to improve content, creator mix and channel strategy based on data and insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand, Media, Trade Marketing, Legal, Agencies, etc.) to maximize impact of social and influencer activities.
