• Manage support tickets and requests related to IT matters and SAP modules.
• Analyze and resolve technical and functional issues in collaboration with key users and external consultants.
• Monitor systems and ensure proper integration with other company applications.
• Document troubleshooting procedures and update internal knowledge bases.
• Support users during testing and release phases of new functionalities.
• Collaborate with the Corporate IT/ERP team to improve processes and ensure business continuity.
