Do you have a proven track record of building, managing, and delivering impactful sales results with customers? Are you passionate about new technologies and interested in joining a fast-growing, dynamic organization? We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager, Enterprise Accounts to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving a significant share of Cisco-Splunk revenue, working closely with partners and internal teams across the region. This position is based in Seoul.

주요업무

• Consistently deliver aggressive license, support, and services revenue targets from large enterprise customers in Seoul; SaaS experience is a plus. • Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and partner resources to drive a unified approach to customer engagement. • Lead enterprise accounts by building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular, personalized engagement. • Understand customer needs and clearly communicate the value of Cisco-Splunk products and services based on those requirements. • Collaborate with the Marketing team to align on events that support networking and prospecting for new business opportunities. • Learn and develop strong knowledge of Splunk products to effectively advise customers and enable value-based conversations. Apply relevant use cases to address customer challenges and position Cisco-Splunk solutions to achieve desired customer outcomes. • Forecast opportunities by understanding and applying the company’s sales methodologies and processes. • Build and manage strategic customer pipelines by navigating and understanding customer purchasing processes. • Use industry knowledge and market intelligence to develop sales strategies and position Cisco-Splunk solutions effectively. • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with large enterprise customers by selling value and return on investment, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and specialists.

자격 요건

• 5–10 years of experience selling enterprise software solutions. • Comfortable engaging with C-level executives, with a proven record of closing six- and seven-figure software licensing deals. • Relevant software sales experience in IT systems, enterprise or infrastructure management, and CRM systems (Salesforce). • Strong understanding of value-based selling methodologies. • Familiarity with Splunk products, or the ability to quickly learn their functionality and customer use cases. • Strong executive presence with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations and communicate complex concepts clearly. • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-changing environment, demonstrating resilience. • Able to work both independently and collaboratively, including in remote team environments. • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. • Proven success in consultative sales environments, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through close. • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and strong partnership with internal teams and external partners. • Strong experience managing complex deals involving multiple partners, with the ability to influence without direct authority. • MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
