• 5–10 years of experience selling enterprise software solutions.
• Comfortable engaging with C-level executives, with a proven record of closing six- and seven-figure software licensing deals.
• Relevant software sales experience in IT systems, enterprise or infrastructure management, and CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Strong understanding of value-based selling methodologies.
• Familiarity with Splunk products, or the ability to quickly learn their functionality and customer use cases.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations and communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-changing environment, demonstrating resilience.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively, including in remote team environments.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Proven success in consultative sales environments, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through close.
• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and strong partnership with internal teams and external partners.
• Strong experience managing complex deals involving multiple partners, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
