Assist in managing the Product Supply Chain by supporting demand planning and supply planning activities to maintain optimal inventory levels at the Pan-India level.

- Support demand forecasting activities across four regions using historical sales data and planning tools - Assist in inventory management, including monitoring inventory levels, ageing, and potential obsolescence - Support preparation of weekly shipment plans for factories and RDCs to help minimize demand-supply gaps - Track inventory ageing and support actions to reduce slow-moving or excess stock - Coordinate with Sales, Product Management, Logistics, Branch, and Factory teams for planning and execution - Support SCM KPI tracking and prepare basic analytics reports and presentations for management - Assist in PSI (Purchase, Sales & Inventory) management activities, including data collection and reporting - Participate in production planning coordination with HQ and factories based on demand forecasts - Prepare regular Excel-based reports and dashboards for SCM performance monitoring

- 0–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Operations, or related roles - Basic understanding of supply chain concepts such as demand forecasting, inventory management, and logistics - Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or similar) preferred - Strong Microsoft Excel skills (data handling, basic formulas, reporting) - Good written and verbal communication skills - Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and cross-functional teams
