* Responsible for providing senior management team well written and oral presentations with necessary information and supporting analysis to make appropriate business decisions. * Have an advanced level of verbal and written communication skills, conflict resolution abilities and group facilitation skills. Leader must coach project managers in the organization requirements and provide leadership with regard to project milestones, critical tasks, and potential areas of opportunity. Leader will be accountable for documenting, distributing and following-up on project information to senior leadership (Directors, Vice-Presidents, and Corporate officers) including all subordinate’s deliverables. Leader is responsible for ensuring the project and associated written communication is documented for best cases and lesson learned information for organizational improvement. Leader will ensure all project information is archived and backed up as necessary.

• 5년 이상 Automotive in Powertrain or turbo charger 관련 분야 경력자 • 학사 이상 관련 전공자 • 영어 가능자

• Commercial Vehicle 경력자 우대 • 관련 산업 고객 대응 경력자 우대 • 외국계 Automotive 경력자 우대
