: Orchestrate and manage intricate calendars by scheduling and coordinating meetings with global colleagues and clients across multiple time zones.

: Manage emails, handle phone inquiries, and draft/distribute professional correspondence on behalf of Partners.
Work Product Support
: Assist in creating PowerPoint decks, organizing data in Excel, and editing/proofreading reports and other deliverables.
Team Collaboration
: Partner with the Seoul office EA team to enhance operational efficiency and support a seamless hybrid work environment.
Travel Logistics
: Plan and execute complex international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, visas, and ground transportation.

- Strong email and calendaring skills
- Solid knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office applications; Outlook proficiency
- Excellent administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment (including prioritization skills, flexibility toward change, sense of urgency, and dealing with ambiguity)
