• Lead and manage new product development (NPI) projects from planning to mass production • Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and overall execution • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Quality, Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and Sales • Manage development stage gates (EV/DV/PV, qualification, mass production launch) • Identify project risks and issues, and drive mitigation and resolution plans • Manage customer-driven project requirements, approvals, and timelines (APQP, qualification, etc.) • Communicate with global customers and overseas teams; lead meetings in English • Track and manage action items, project documentation, and status reports • Report project progress and key issues to management • Manage engineering changes (ECR/ECN) and customer approvals • Monitor project KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field •4~8 years of experience in project management •Experience leading NPI or product development projects (Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and product launch processes) •Fluent in English (mandatory) - Able to lead meetings with global customers - Strong email and documentation skills in English • Strong communication, coordination, and scheduling skills • Advanced proficiency in MS Office

• Experience in automotive & battery manufacturing • PMP certification • Understanding of quality systems (IATF 16949 / ISO 9001)
