• Lead and manage new product development (NPI) projects from planning to mass production
• Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and overall execution
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Quality, Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and Sales
• Manage development stage gates (EV/DV/PV, qualification, mass production launch)
• Identify project risks and issues, and drive mitigation and resolution plans
• Manage customer-driven project requirements, approvals, and timelines (APQP, qualification, etc.)
• Communicate with global customers and overseas teams; lead meetings in English
• Track and manage action items, project documentation, and status reports
• Report project progress and key issues to management
• Manage engineering changes (ECR/ECN) and customer approvals
• Monitor project KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives
