Build expertise of eBusiness systems & flows: You will understand the systems to manage online orders in order to identify frictions and any enhancements needed. You will implement & iterate the business rules in line with HQ guidelines and propose evolutions & discuss with the region when business rules need to be adapted. You will manage the implementation of new processes and systems as a system key user. Guarantee the execution of all eBusiness services in the market: You will build a strong relationship with all stakeholders and internal partnerships (anti-fraud, logistics, retail, supply chain, etc.). You will ensure the setup and availability of components needed to fulfill the orders and manage arbitration for online order stock requests locally. Identify new ways to elevate the client experience and escalate to HQ: You will understand the customer journey and the delighters for our clients as well as the performance of our online retail boutiques within the market & take into account the local specifics. You will analyze new services/projects and support client engagement activities (organization, materials etc.). Enhance the excellence of the Maison image in the market: You will create a competitive advantage vs others luxury Maisons from payment to delivery/fulfillment.

You have extensive experience in an E-Business Operation (luxury / consulting / retail is a plus). You are proficient in SAP and Excel query skillset and adaptable to running different systems. You have strong business process understanding. You have proactive and "Can-do" attitude. You have excellent communication skills in Korean and English.
